The First Reiki Degree involves 2 days of intensive training. The workshop involves theoretical and practical training. You'll learn about the history and priniciples of Reiki, the evidence-base for the effectiveness of Reiki and how to access and share the Reiki energy. The workshop includes practical hands-on teaching and practice.
On completion of the First Degree Reiki Workshop, you will know how to invite the Reiki energy to flow through you and be able to give Reiki to yourself and to others.
The First Degree Reiki Workshop includes a 2-hour follow up session 6 weeks later to discuss your experiences and address any questions you might have.
