A Healing Energy Session, in most cases, involves lying on a massage table although you can also be sitting or standing - whatever is most comfortable for you. You remain fully clothed throughout, while I place my hands on or near various parts of your body. Most people find the session deeply relaxing and energising.

In some cases, only one session is necessary for noticeable improvement (e.g. headaches). For more lasting effects and chronic conditions, it is advised to plan for three sessions (once weekly) and then to evaluate on-going treatment plans.
